Osclass Market allows developers to sell themes and plugins. Any developer needs to agree to the following terms before he or she can become an author.

Becoming an author

Becoming an author on Osclass Market is free. In order to be eligible to sell products, developers must be registered on Osclass Market and must provide a valid tax ID number (or any identity number). Becoming an author and putting your products up on the Osclass Market is free but there is a review process before their products go live. By registering to Osclass Market, authors agree to put their products on Osclass Market and make them available to buyers on the basis stated in the Osclass Market Terms. As authors on the Osclass Market, developers have responsibilities to us and buyers of their products.

We welcome all kinds of template designs, however multiple color variations of our free themes shall not be accepted as new premium themes, unless they have more functionalities or a differentiated design.

Authors are compelled to provide full customer assistance to any user who has purchased their product(s) on Osclass Market. Osclass Market aim is to provide a solid and reliable platform of transactions and dialogue both for users and developers. We do not encourage sales neither technical support outside Osclass Market, where we cannot guarantee the rights of buyers and sellers. For this reason, authors are not allowed to add links to personal or third-party websites or marketplaces. Osclass shall not be liable for any complaint or dispute resulting from a purchase made on third-party websites.

Price and commissions

The sale price of all products available on our website include an Osclass fee of 30% of the sale value. Any author registered on Osclass Market must take this commission into account when setting the price for their products. Also, bear in mind that your product final price must include your corresponding country taxes.

Invoices and taxes

We are not the owners of products uploaded on Osclass Market, but act as intermediaries in each transaction. Whenever a customer purchase a product on Osclass Market, Osclass cashes the money on behalf of the product’s author. For every product sold on Osclass Market, Osclass issues an invoice to the author for our 30% commission.

Osclass does not issue invoices for purchases on Osclass Market, except for those products developed by the Osclass team. For this reason, all authors must be able to issue invoices, or carry out the required procedures in each country to do so, in order to sell products on Osclass Market. In the event that a customer exercises his/her right to request an invoice for a product purchased on Osclass Market, the product author must carry out and send him/her the invoice. In case that this customer is from the European Union, the author must apply and be responsible for any taxes that apply on the customer’s country of residence.

Payments of earnings

Developers will get paid monthly in arrears. Osclass will only send them their earnings provided that, by the end of each month, they have reached a minimum amount of 70$. The payments will be sent only once per month, approximately by the 25th of each month. Such payments will correspond to the total amount of earnings generated since they reached the minimum amount of sales. We are currently using PayPal as the default payment method. We believe it is the best platform to avoid the expensive cost of international money transfers fees. In the event that you don't reach the minimum of 70$ in sales, Osclass will pay you off the total amount 12 months after your first sale. Note that Osclass commission will also be deducted from this amount. Note that European taxes will be deducted from developers’ earnings in the following cases: (i) developers with a European Union country nationality (ii) companies not included in the VIES.
